The Professional Services bargaining committee received
a letter from SIAST stating that from April to June 2011 the JEC will not rate any revised JIQ's. As stated in the letter the employer will take this time to train out of scope managers on the job evaluation process. The bargaining committee is supporting this move as the out of scope managers are ultimately responsible for signing off on job duties in JIQ's.
